Peri Peri Mahi Mahi

So, I tried Nando’s Peri Peri Sauce (Medium) on Mahi Mahi fillets (frozen, Costco). The kitchen smelled like a fancy diner and the taste was delicious!

 

Simply, defrost the fillets and squeeze dry.

Lay them in a baking dish

Salt them, braise evenly

Black pepper braise evenly

Pour Nando’s Peri Peri sauce as per spice liking

Drizzle 3 tablespoons olive oil

Cover dish with foil

Bake at 450 F for 25 min and then switch oven off and leave the dish in for another 15 min

Served with Peri Peri Quinoa (another recipe), fried egg, and stir fry.
