It was an exciting week! The illustrated Prisoner of Azkaban was released and the world went crazy. Sara & I are thinking (Sorting Hat level dilemma!) if we should invest $60+ in getting all 3. They're collectors items most definitely. I finished reading the last 2 chapters of the Prisoner of Azkaban. I remember how my heart broke when Harry realized he wouldn't be living anywhere away from the Dursleys. I recall hating summer vacations (unless we were traveling!). Here are my highlights of Friday's Twitter discussion. I didn't manage to get re-tweeted *sad Dobby face* but then again, I was distracted. I didn't Tweet persistently because I was getting ready and then getting treated at the chiropractic's. Anyway, take it away ...
This is where it starts getting serious! 'Sirius!' *winks* The first knots of the big mystery come undone. Traitors are exposed!— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
This week we finally learn how Hermione has been getting to all of her lessons. If you had a Time-Turner, how would you use it? pic.twitter.com/C2WhbwvADf— WW Book Club (@wwbookclub) October 5, 2017
I could definitely use more hours in the day so I can catch up on sleep & STILL be able to cook, clean, blog, & finish work!— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
Our final Prisoner of Azkaban @wwbookclub discussion begins in 30 mins. Who's ready? pic.twitter.com/iQCOG15vnL— Pottermore (@pottermore) October 6, 2017
Super super ready! Love the wait! pic.twitter.com/rtBrSsIQtE— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
Is the Time-Turner a dangerous tool in the hands of a teenager, even if that teenager is Hermione? pic.twitter.com/FYcWwxnqYk— WW Book Club (@wwbookclub) October 6, 2017
Hermione turned out to be a remarkable auror later, so I believe the Time Turner was a risk worth taking for a model student like her! pic.twitter.com/DcargdArVY— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
There's a part of me who thinks not all model students guarantee goodness! Tom Riddle wwith such privileges imagine! pic.twitter.com/seGr9jEcr1— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
I cannot deny Hermione annoyed me at times when she became too obsessed with studies!— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
Harry's Patronus takes physical form at the moment he needs it most. pic.twitter.com/TI0NM2x9vB— WW Book Club (@wwbookclub) October 6, 2017
The Patronus is pure talent. Hermione couldn't have done it without the kind of commitment Harry had pic.twitter.com/2O82O8X8fV— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
Patronus involves emotions, not book logic or wand movements. Harry was focused at saving lives and overcoming fear. It was pure talent pic.twitter.com/GP8duNI5LQ— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
He's the "best Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher" Harry's ever had, but what was Lupin's most significant lesson? pic.twitter.com/hswtaUOWri— WW Book Club (@wwbookclub) October 6, 2017
Lupin taught him how to conquer fear, manage it, not let it get the best of him. That's the best DADA lesson pic.twitter.com/6cj1vW2EP1— The Abbie (@theabbies) October 6, 2017
