Welcome to #iGraphy - a photography link up brought to the blogosphere by the gorgeous Noor Unnahar at Noor's Place. In her words: "Every Saturday, this link up invites bloggers and photography enthusiasts to share their creative photos on web. The aim of this link up is to focus on everyday objects or surrounding and take photos of everything you like and share it with the world. Photography isn't limited to huge fancy cameras but is a passion. So grab your point and shoot, iPhone or tablet and take wonderful photos to share with the world. Be an iGrapher!"
The highlight of the week was Mall Day. Every few months Sara and I head to The Big Mall with Mum. Mum gets her hair done and while the ladies at the salon pamper her, Bestie and I roam about window shopping, taking photos of awesome displays, and getting our hands on some neat stuff to buy. Read more and find more awesome photos of our Mall Day Adventures (in an entry I shall be writing next week).
It was a sunny, day-before-Spring-begins kind of day and sunlight was pouring in through the glass ceiling. I just had to take a photo.
There are messages everywhere! This is from a Spring display at Target. I definitely need to get outside because my body has forgotten how to make its own vitamin D due to the lack of sunlight. I live like a vampire, and when I do get outside my body is all covered up (so I don't catch fire), and so there is no chance of sunlight doing its thing in the wee amount of time it gets. I need to start strolling outside on the patio (with a cup of Chai) to soak up the good light this Spring.
Spring has officially begun in the US on March 20, 2015. But the first day of Spring was a #fail because a giant load of snow and wintery mix came in. Read my rant First Day Of Spring #fail - Freaky Friday
My baby niece, Gubster, turned 4 months old on the 20th and we picked the birthday balloons Jumbo Gourmet Cupcake for her to celebrate! I always love the baked stuff and the decorations. But I have seen way better when Sara does it at Sara's Baked Creations. We are waiting for her surgery to heal so we can start doing our thing again!
Special thanks to Noor for picking my photo of the Indian Lady Statuette from last week's iGraphy and putting it up as the best photo of last week *dances around* I am so glad somebody likes what I am shooting on my little iPhone. My day has been made this morning when I clicked open Noor's Palace to link up the iGraphy.
Until next Saturday's iGraphy, this is Abbie saying stay happy, stay beautiful, stay you! Keep clicking!
