INGREDIENTS:
- Milk, 1 cup
- Turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom powder, a generous pinch
- Black pepper, a generous pinch
- Cinnamon powder, a pinch
- Honey, 1 tbsp
- Set to boil milk in a small cooking pot.
- Add turmeric powder, cardamom powder, and black pepper when milk begins to simmer.
- Boil for a good minute then pour into serving glass.
- Add cinnamon and honey and mix well.
- Drink hot.
