Recently, I wrote about Peter Jackson as a 'transformational leader' for a Business Leadership and Organizational Behavior paper, and I wasn't wrong. Jackson's production vlogs have redefined film direction and put it out there like a vibrant art form that most people are unaware of. It's incredible how each vlog unravels the most amazing stories happening behind the scenes of an epic masterpiece being filmed for the silver screen.
