Summer / Fall Diaries: September of Fall Whispers Begin

πŸš‚✏️✂️September: First day of the month was a festive, emotional, Back to Hogwarts ⚡️πŸ°πŸ»πŸš‚9¾ celebration hosted by the Wizarding World ••• A ray of sunshine really in a very sick 😷 depressing year ••• My summer loving friends are protesting there’s still a month (almost) left to summer of 2020 😜 Dear ones! Resistance is futile πŸ€– ••• My Fall army, on the other hand, has risen to suggest that September 1st onwards is called pre-Fall, okay! πŸ€ͺ••• I am looking forward to the journey to my crypts and dungeons to retrieve the Fall decor 🍁 ••• 🍴Kitchen makeover is 85% complete ••• I need to shift focus to Abbie Headquarters now ••• My escape room is key to my survival and my mental health is suffering because it looks like the Cave of Wonders 🦁 destructo version right now ••• Nowhere to hide from the Wizard of Oz tornado πŸŒͺ ••• πŸ—£ Speaking of September ••• I’m looking forward to more Keurig adventures ☕️ I need to find me a good cappuccino! ••• πŸŽ₯ Man of Steel is movie of the month, AGAIN! Watching it with Sara this time! ••• Need to start prep for birthday season πŸŽ‚ starting next month ••• 😷 Covid is not going anywhere so I am still in the cabin ••• No major complains but I’ll greatly miss πŸŽƒ Falloween shopping and Starbucks! ••• ✂️πŸ“šI’d be taking September to restart scrapbooking as well because 2020 ate my life! ••• Anything to make the dark place a little cool ••• πŸ“ŒThe blogs are looking smooth ••• I am happy with the looks! ••• I have multiple Instagram accounts now ••• Follow all for the full madness package ••• @thebabblingabbie is comics and @theabbieeats is foodie adventures ••• Hope your September does you good. For me, I’m in a 🎢 Wake me up when September ends 🎢 kind of mood.
πŸ•° Throwback Circa 2015 ••• Nothing’s changed ••• “Will we die just a little?” Asked Grindelwald, a smile playing on his sinister face.
☕️🎁Here we go again! Got myself a Keurig! ✨My older one (much bigger) was a birthday gift (2012) and was usurped by my brother! πŸ₯Š First, he caught a fad of buying fair trade ground coffee! 🀨 He “reengineered” my machine by taking out its K-pod compartment 😳 and installing some filter/sieve compatible chamber for his ground beans and fair trade coffee needs! A separate crusher was crushing his beans! Next he poured some “unknown” descaling solution 😦 into the tank that made the machine stink for a very long time! As the operation of a simple pop and click machine became as difficult as a space flight launch πŸš€ I took a break! ••• He’s all moved out now, I have sent that Keurig with him 😎 (he’s still launching space flights on it!) and gotten myself a mini new one RED!!! πŸ‘πŸ»✨I’m getting my Tazo and Starbucks on! Woohoo! “Wah! Laal (red) Keurig?!” He asked. And he thinks I have no use of it 🀨 because he hasn’t “seen” me using the one before! 🀦🏻‍♀️ I have given him a BYOP (Bring Your Own Pod) invitation 😎
My soul turned to Van Gogh with a camera! ••• πŸ“· ••• The moon’s turning fuller, the nights will grow darker ••• This is my blob •••
For my Foodie Diaries, (follow those here) I put together this ensemble! This was my pre-Fall celebration. It gave me all the feels. ••• So, here we go marching towards the pumpkin spice season 🍁 I am not making plans because anything can happen ••• Last year in Fall, as I made a delicious 🍏 Apple Spice Cake, I had no clue this year Fall would be so different ••• I am trapped in my home and will miss the Fall cake pops and festive drinks from Starbucks ••• I’ll be enjoying Keurig adventures instead to make the most of my Fall at Casa Abbie ☕️ Need to find a good cappuccino ••• My second mission: To try making whole wheat pizza πŸ• Let’s see how September goes!
πŸπŸƒSummer and Fall Diaries are at crossroads ••• A teasing chill has blended since yesterday into the bug-infested, stormy harshness of Summer ••• I am more glued to the windows than ever ••• Before the Fall Equinox on the 22nd, I need to get my game on •••
