Dhaba Style Qeema Fried Rice

Earlier, I posted the Abbie's Dhaba Style Qeema recipe which was minced chicken (qeema) cooked with Shan Karachi Beef Biryani masala spice mix. Using the Dhaba Style Qeema, I made these fried rice. You can use your own choice of minced chicken (or beef) which is why this is a great recipe for leftover Qeema!
INGREDIENTS
Abbie's Dhaba Style Qeema (or your choice of cooked minced meat), 6 cups or more
Boiled rice, 6 or more
Cumin seeds, 1 tbsp
Green chilies, as per liking
Cinnamon stick, 1 inch
Cloves, 3 pods
Black cardamom, 1 pod
Black peppercorns, 3
Oil
Chopped cilantro, as per liking.
FRYING IT UP!
1. Add 1/4 cup oil in a skillet with 1 tbsp cumin seeds, green chilies, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, 1 black cardamom, and 3 black peppercorns.
2. Bring the whole spices to crackle on medium heat.
3. Add a layer of qeema, topped by a layer of boiled rice.
4. Repeat layers until qeema and rice finish.
5. Top with chopped cilantro and cover with a lid to cook on medium-high heat.
6. As steam fills the pot, remove the lid and toss the contents around well, frying everything together.
7. Serve hot as a side or main entree with choice of chutney.
