Masala Fried Tilapia Loin (Shan Fried Fish spice mix)

A tight, juicy, Tilapia fillet can make your day if you love fish! I am not overly fond of seafood unless it is cooked well and has minimal fishy smell. Costco Wholesale has the best Tilapia loins! Photo at the bottom. It's the entire fish almost, minus the head! We don't need that, thanks! This is a sureshot quick fix. Whenever I need to make these, I pop them out of the freezer, defrost them in warm water (takes about an hour or two), and start the show!
LET'S GET FISHY
Make angular slits on both sides of the loin.
Rub in Shan Fried Fish spice mix, 1 teaspoon each side, with a bit of oil.
In a grill pan, add 2-3 tablespoons oil
Simply fried the thawed from frozen Tilapia Loin (Costco) in Shan Fried Fish.
I made slits on both sides of the fillet, rubbed the masala in with a bit of oil. Fried immediately. Keep the lemon at the side for fresh drizzle. Garnish with dried parsley leaves while hot.
