•••When Pottermore began its crazy quizzes and sorting people like Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) into houses different from theirs, I decided to INSIST I was Gryffindor and nothing else ••• It took a lot of research on YouTube to select all the right answers on the quiz ••• The obvious ones like ‘owl’ for ‘what pet would you bring?’ were simple but some are intentionally random so you get sorted non-Gryffindor! ••• so I worked my way through and made it as an official Gryffindor on Pottermore!••• And my sister Sara (hostess of Potterific) had already bagged so much Gryffindor merch! No way we were settling for anything else! •••

It’s the best escape I can get from the madness of real life. I’ve loved Hogwarts since as far back as the HP books. Each time Harry boarded the train back to the Dursleys, I was tear-struck! Those pyramidal sloping roofs of the shops at Hogsmeade at the Wizarding World always make my heart feel at home. By day or by night I could just sit there on the cobbled stone pathways and stare at them as if they were something from the real world.
