Closure

On broken shards of heart they walked;
Business as usual,
A soul wallowed in the eclipse.
In starlight,
Found its closure...

This Spring (2017) I am committing to handwritten snippets of poetry wherever I can find the space to write. Letters and Pieces (2017) is a 30 poem collection written impromptu (according to prompts given by NaPoWriMo.net) throughout the month of April (2017) for National Poetry Writing Month. As days go by, the Index for Letters and Pieces will grow.

Day 11: Today's poem reflects upon the unfortunate circumstance when you suffer through a catastrophe and the people around you do not give you enough time and space to wallow. You never really find true closure because nobody tried helping you through it. But something surreal comes by and you hang on to it - to make the day.
