- I have de-prioritized myself on many occasions for the past 30 years.
- Come the 30s and I am changing for the better.
- I have controlled my bathroom needs, let my skin scale from dryness, had my fingerprints distort from flaking hands, because I was not my number one priority.
- Loyalty to myself must matter.
- The biggest commitment one makes is to one's own self.
- Unless I change my priorities, I won't be able to change the quality of my life.
- Priorities are: religion, health, emotional me time, creative pursuits.

"Loyalty to myself must matter" Yes, absolutely! You should always look after yourself first. Even those who look after others, you need to take care of yourself first so you're better able to help other people. I'm glad you're taking control and prioritizing yourself. :)
