I have stayed at some seriously top-notch hotels around the world. The best ones have been the Circus Circus in Las Vegas, the Cumberland in London, and so on. Holiday Inn Express is a big step down from the 4 and 5 star levels but I must applaud the Express chain to be very stylish and good value for price!
