Hogwarts Choir Performance: Support the Toads!

Day 3: Universal Orlando, Wizarding World Of Harry Potter

The Hogwarts Choir performs at regular intervals throughout the day at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Orlando, Florida. If you're visiting, it is best that you stop by at a wizard's cart (selling HP merchandise) to inquire about the next showtime before you follow your heart's desire of walking up the Hogwarts castle to ride The Forbidden Journey!

Sherris and I sat down on the cobbled stone street outside a semi-circular performance area dedicated to the Choir and other performers i.e. the Durmstrang and Beauxbatons. We only got to catch the performance of the Choir. We did take photos; though, with the Durmstrang and Beauxbaton performers on our way out of the Forbidden Journey ride for the second time! After their performances, the Choir also offers that everybody should form a "queue or line as you Americans call it" to get photos taken.

The performance itself was so charming! They warmed their voices to begin with and I found myself cracking up at the "Baaow Baaow" being sung by the giant toads on those fancy cushions. Seriously high quality vocals and beatboxing followed. They sang the Hogwarts school song Something Wicked This Way Comes, and other popular tracks like the Hogwarts March, a Quidditch song, Do The Hippogriff, and each one was lively enough to make you stand up and dance. 

We were the early birdies at the show, so we got to sit right at the front. I recorded the entire gig from up close. It's split into parts because YouTube didn't like the length! Take it away! Also, scroll all the way to the end of the entry to grab some lyrics should you wish to sing along.
